Liquid Blending & Packaging

Douglas Products blends and packages private label formulae in amounts as small as laboratory volumes to as large as 5000 gallon batches. To meet your requirements, we offer dedicated stainless steel tanks and water quality ranging from carbon-treated to deionized. Typical packaging options include pint, quart, gallon, 2 ½ Gallon, a variety of drum sizes, totes and even tanker trucks. Liquid blending capabilities from 500 to 5000 gallon batches are interchangeably paired with automated filling lines to allow cost effective packaging in virtually any size or type.

Dry Blending & Packaging

Douglas Products also has the capacity to meet your dry product blending and packaging requirements. From ribbon blenders to form, fill and seal projects, Douglas can package your product in small packets, canisters, 50lb agriculture bags or 2000lb supersacks and everything in between. Digital scales are utilized with larger containers to assure greatest accuracy.

Warehousing & Logistics

Our main distribution center is conveniently located in the center of the USA and features import/export drayage, transloading, food grade, heated space, racking, shrink wrap packaging, compatible product storage, 24-hour security, machine storage, wet/dry sprinkler systems, and computerized inventory control. Douglas Products accepts bulk delivery of your product to give you a volume quantity discounts. We also package material in drums or totes, then ship it to your location or designated customer. We can meet your storage, logistics and order fulfillment requirements.
